About
Michelle was born and raised in Georgia. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia where she majored in Psychology, Criminal Justice and Spanish. During college she realized how much she enjoyed the study of law while taking several of her criminal justice courses at Georgia. Michelle began law school in 2013 with an emphasis in Criminal Law. She was involved in several moot court and trial competitions and was the Salutatorian of her law school class.
Michelle began her career in the District Attorney’s office in 2016 but realized she preferred to be in private practice. In private practice, Michelle focused on criminal defense and domestic relations. Not enjoying those areas of law as much as she hoped, she decided to make the move to Martin DeMelfi to practice Personal Injury, Employment and Business law. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake and gardening.
